Morning Glory Diner
| 735 S 10th St. 215-413-3999 Diner, Italian Market/Bella Vista/Washington Morning Glory is a small, homey and charming little neighborhood restaurant featuring high-quality fresh foods (many of them updated versions of standard diner fare), and its charms remain intact at dinnertime. Half of the starters, samwiches and entrées are meat-free, though you gotta like cheese. (Even the pot pie comes in a vegetarian option.) If youve never tried a veggie burger, this is the place to do so Glorys is shockingly good. Desserts are as big as your head, with huge albino afros of real whipped cream on top. If visiting for weekend brunch, prepare to wait.
